Marry You Officiant is owned and operated by Christina Adeyemi. I am an Atlanta born southern bell who loves LOVE! I am honored to be in the wedding industry and excited to make your union official. 


Marriage License

Here at Marry You Officiant, we only perform wedding ceremonies and sign documentation. We DO NOT file marriage licenses with the court, unless you book the Marriage Filing Assisisance package.  Couples are required to bring their marriage license to their appointment. 

If couples choose to purchase our marriage license assistance package we will help them obtain their marriage license. 


Our office does offer postage delivery services which include delivering your marriage license the to the United States Postal Service Office for an additional $10.  If a couple chooses to have their marriage license delivered to USPS Marry You Officiant LLC is no longer responsible for the parcel once it is given to USPS.

Couples can book an appointment  anytime via phone or email. We are available everyday between. 7am - 7pm

Are Deposits Required?

Yes. Once it is confirmed that a couple will be booking with Marry You Officiant LLC  a minium  $100 save the date deposit must be paid in order to go forward.  Though the deposit is non-refundable it will be credited towards the entire cost of the services rendered. Deposits are often half of the booking total. 



Late Fees & Rescheduling Fees

Couples are required to give at least an hour's notice if they will be late for a scheduled appointment. Couples are advised that they have a 10 minute grace period after which they will incur a $100 late fee if they would like to keep their appointment. Couples are also required to give at least 24 hours notice ahead of their scheduled appointment time if they would like to reschedule. If notice is not given they will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.

Inconvenience Fees

 Inconvenience Fees & Policies

To maintain a professional and respectful experience for all clients, certain fees apply when additional time, effort, or accommodations are required outside of standard service expectations. These policies are in place to protect our team’s time and ensure fairness to all scheduled clients.

  • Late Arrival Fee: A fee of $100 will be applied if a client is more than 10 minutes late to an appointment.
     
  • After-Hours Communication or Requests: A $100 minimum fee applies for calls, texts, or work requested outside of business hours that require same-day or early-morning completion.
     
  • Last-Minute Appointment Changes: A $50 rescheduling fee applies if changes are made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
     
  • No-Show Fee: If a client fails to show up without prior notice, the full service fee will be charged.
     
  • Rescheduling: A $50 fee will be added for each subsequent change.
     
  • Paperwork or Document Requests Outside Appointment: A $25 fee applies for urgent document preparation, revisions, or re-issuance requested outside of the appointment time.
     
  • Extended Appointment Time: If an appointment exceeds the scheduled time due to client delay, a fee of $25 per additional 15 minutes will be charged.
     
  • Additional Set-Up or Wait Time: A $100 fee applies if extra wait time or setup is needed due to venue access issues or client delays.
     
  • Disruptive or Unprepared Event Environment: A fee starting at $50 will be charged for delays caused by unready venues, missing participants, or general disorder.
     
  • Forgotten Items / Extra Trips: A $35 fee will apply per return trip to retrieve or deliver items such as licenses, attire, or necessary materials.

Refunds

There is a strict no refund policy. Deposits are non-refundable, as well as any package purchased. On the date of a couple's appointment, they will be given a 10 minute grace period after which their officiant is no longer obligated to perform services.  Refunds are only allocated if wedding officiant fails to complete contracted officiant services. If wedding officiant fails to  meet their obligations a refund will be issued. Though the deposit is still non-refundable.
